Bart Barnard

Bart Barnard was born and raised in the dynamic and unmistakably eclectic city of Boulder, Colorado, which might explain his early experimentation with facial hairstyles and the open-sandal-white-sock look. He completed the University of New Mexico's Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Program and received a solid education in various business-related disciplines, including accounting, marketing, finance, operations, management, leadership, and computer applications. Upon graduation, he pursued a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to coach football abroad in Europe; those six years instilled him with a great appreciation for global cultures as well as the rabid-fan-mentality of European football. Once Bart returned to the United States, he dusted off his suit-and-tie-ensembles and worked as an account executive for Axiom Financial in Austin, Texas. Bart finally set down roots in his hometown in 2005, where he presently coaches football for Boulder High School and concurrently works as an enthusiastic Mortgage Banker for Home Lending Solutions in Lone Tree.

Joe comes to us from the great state of Texas. Joe's wife, Amanda, is a CPA at a big ten accounting firm. They relocated to Denver for the skiing and lack of humidity! They found a gorgeous home in the northern part of Denver and love the new experience here.

Trent Rogelstad

Greetings! I am a Colorado native currently residing in Castle Rock, CO. About 5 years ago I had an opportunity to get into the Mortgage/Real Estate finance industry and shortly thereafter I knew I found a career that I truly enjoyed and could be passionate about. Along the way I have learned that there is almost no bigger step in life then the purchase of a home, especially for the first time homebuyer. Jim Sperry

I'd like to believe that both my educational background and comprehensive work experience shed light on the type of individual that I strive to be -- one who continually works hard to be at the top of my industry. After having earned a degree in Economics at The University of California, Berkeley, I worked as a stock broker and obtained my series 6, 7, and 8 licenses. I was later awarded a Financial Planning degree which helped me to round out my knowledge base and transition smoothly into the mortgage industry in 2001. I quickly found that I was in my element and able to establish a solid reputation as a dedicated, ethical, and top producing loan officer. To date, working with first time home buyers and sub-prime clients has become one of my greatest strengths; I make certain that this client base is treated with a comprehensive level of professionalism and understanding. One niche that I have found to be tremendously rewarding is that of credit correction because I am able to convert many clients who have compromised credit backgrounds into viable homebuyers. As my client base can attest, I take pride in working one-on-one with each individual to define a plan of action that will enable them to not only attain their mortgage goals in the short term but also flourish financially in the long run.
