OUR PROCESS
At Home Lending Solutions, we would like you to be as informed as possible throughout the entire loan process so that you will know exactly what to expect each step of the way. Of course, you are welcome to contact us anytime you have a question!
The steps involved in the loan process are outlined below:

Loan Application: We gather information from you to prepare your file for the loan process. We also take the time to answer any questions that you may have as well as summarize your goals. |

Submission: We coordinate with our processor to set up your file and prepare it for review by our underwriter. This is also the time that we normally order the appraisal and title commitment that is required for your approval. |

Preliminary Approval: We gather information from you to prepare your file for the loan process. We also take the time to answer any questions that you may have as well as summarize your goals. |

Clearing Conditions: Our team coordinates with the necessary parties (Title Company, Insurance Agent, etc.) to resolve any outstanding conditions that are listed on the Conditional Loan Approval. We may also need to contact you for additional details at this point. |

Final Loan Approval: This occurs once all of the outstanding conditions have been met and are considered satisfied by our underwriter. At this stage, your loan is completely approved and we will plan a closing date with you. |

Closing: This is the final step! We sit down with you and the closing agent to review and execute all of the documents in the closing package. If you are completing a refinance, your loan will fund after the required three day rescission period. |
